What is Fresecon?

Fresecon is "Freelance Security Consultants", a convenient professional marketplace where buyers of security and private investigation services can post projects, find and compare security consultants, private investigators, private detectives, and investigation agencies.

Why use Fresecon?

Fresecon utilizes the convenience of the internet in an online marketplace where buyers of security and private investigator services can post projects and professionals can bid on these projects reducing the need to call individual security, private investigator practitioners and private Investigative agencies to consult. It provides a wider pool of professionals whose services can be selected by awarding the winning bid. Consultants also benefit from a large exposure to potential buyers of their services and the convenience of the bidding process which can benefit their bottom line. An escrow account is also available to facilitate transactions between buyers and consultants which makes the buyer knows that funds will not be released until project is completed to satisfaction and consultant knows that funds have been allocated for services and awaiting completion of project. It is strongly recommended that escrow account be utilized for project funding. All disputes arising out of transactions using escrow account will be arbitrated by "Fresecon" and a decision will be rendered which is deemed moral and ethically correct.

Who is behind Fresecon?

Frescon is owned and operated by individuals with real world security and private investigator experience who have used other venues in the past and created a forum to address the need of buyers of security and private investigator services and consultants of security and private investigator services. Fresecon's management experience in the security and private investigator arena coupled with support staff of webmaster and associates integrate the knowledge of both disciplines to create a synergistic effect to the benefit of both buyers and consultants. Management does not actively participate in any bidding, is not affiliated with any consultant or vendor, but utilizes its understanding of the security and private investigator industry, experience with customers in the past and support of webmaster and support staff to make "Fresecon" better able to address the needs of buyers and consultants.

Why open buyer account?

It is absolutely free to open an account, post a project and select a consultant. Extra exposure can be gained by selective and making your project "Featured" for $10, which is optional. An escrow account is available to facilitate the transaction.

Why open a consultant account?

It is absolutely free to open an account and bid on a project. There is $5 fee or 5% commission fee (whichever is larger) against consultants accounts who are awarded projects from buyers. There are no recurring monthly fees associated with account.

What if the buyer does not pay for services rendered?

If a project for which you are chosen does not go ahead or if payment is not received, please contact support with the details and we can adjust your account charges accordingly.

What if the consultant does not deliver services?

You have the option of closing the project, selecting another consultant and not releasing escrow for services not rendered.
